We specialise in tailoring yoga to you as a unique individual, drawing on our extensive experience practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga. We teach yoga practices based on mindful breathing and movement that have been used for thousands of years for self realisation, maintaining and regaining health and wellbeing.

With 45 years combined experience teaching yoga in the UK and internationally, Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Teachers, Manu Rossi and Bella Rossi currently provide private and public yoga classes and workshops in the Cotswolds and yoga retreats in the UK and Italy.

If you’re new to yoga we introduce you to simple, inspiring yoga practices that can transform your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. If you already have an established yoga practice we work with you to build on and develop your existing practice. If you have challenging health conditions find yoga highly beneficial in alleviating symptoms and reducing stress. Yoga is for people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

If you would like yoga classes in person, in the comfort of your own home or workplace, at a convenient time to fit into your lifestyle and around your job, family commitments etc, we specialise in private yoga classes. We teach yoga homes, workplaces, schools, colleges and universities in The Cotswolds, Oxford, Cheltenham, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire towns and villages to provide yoga classes one-to-one, one-to-two or in small and large groups. We also provide a limited number of live online group and private yoga classes.
